Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Normal wear and tear.
